Gitlab community edition bandwith limit

Hi,

Cloning a repo which has size 680MB takes about 5 hours. Internet download speed is 25Mbps.

1. Is there a bandwith limit for Gitlab community edition?
2. If there is no bandwith limit, is there some setting to solve this problem?
