I would like to discuss about the possible integrations between: GitLab and JIRA Service Desk.
I have an integration between GitLab and JIRA Software, and it’s working very well.
Now I would like to have an integration Gitlab and JIRA Service Desk.
The scenarios could be:
Scenario 1
A developer made a Gitlab commit, and this is updating and changing the status of a ticket (or a set of tickets) in JIRA Service Desk. In this scenario we don’t have a specific JIRA Software Project.
Scenario 2
A developer made a Gitlab commit, and this is updating the JIRA Software Project bug and the related JIRA Service Desk Incident ticket.
I was not able to find a webpage / docs to support me. I have to buy an add-on?
