I have set up Okta authentication with my self hosted gitlab instance and would like to capture the usernames for users on Nginx access logs for auditing purposes. Does anyone know how to do this? The $remote_user option returns blanks when it worked just fine with the previous LDAP login. Will appreciate any pointers.
