Hi there! The GitLab REST API documentation found here ( https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/api/README.html ) is applicable to GitLab on-premise as well? Or, is it just for GitLab hosted? Thanks.

It’s definitely applicable to self-managed (i.e. on-premise) GitLab instances.
