Gitlab Service Desk Configuration for O365

We are configuring the GitLab Service Desk feature, however, the incoming email must be enabled beforehand. Since our company is using Office 365 but Microsoft no longer support IMAP or POP3. What is the alternative if we want to use the Service Desk feature with Office 365 email?

If you instead like to use Microsoft Graph, this documentation section walks you through the setup.

Sorry for adding the Office 365 documentation link that uses IMAP (just realized that :slightly_frowning_face: ). You probably want to take a look into using Microsoft Graph instead.
