Gitlab url issue

hi alll , i have installed gitlab-ce on my local machine after running sudo gitlab-ctl reconfigure i had some errors on grafana so i disabled it b

ut when i loaded my gitlab external url its returns me like this

my bad i didnt enable nginx in gitlab.rb file then it worked out
