Gitlab usage question

Hi,

Our small team just needs a set of repos to do the following,

  1. store source code
  2. review source code
  3. download source code and use/deploy using the aws CI/CD/native services

I assume we can utilize your free account and not use the CI/CD features (integration) that gitlab provides, is that correct? GL feature set is overkill for our current needs.
