How to Access Roadmaps/Gantt Chart from the Sidebar?

How do I get the Roadmap view to show up on the sidebar? I have milestones but cannot locate how to view the Gantt chart.

The roadmap feature is available on the group level in the Plan menu. Roadmap | GitLab

How do I get that to show up? I don’t see it in the plan menu. Do I need to enable something in settings?
