How do I delete projects? I don’t see any button for it or any project settings anywhere either. Even when I created new project for test purposes I am only listed as developer, owner is named Administrator

Is the project under a group you administer? Projects created under a group will always inherit the group’s permissions (including owner roles), regardless of who created the project.
You can edit your role permission (to owner, etc.) in the group using an administrative account, and you should be able to delete projects after.
