As admin I’m able to access CI/CD tab on some projects. However other users cannot see such a tab on their project. Did I accidentally turn it off for them? How can I make sure CI/CD is on for everyone? Thanks.

Please go through below steps to resolve your issue:
- Go to “Admin area” from root user
- Click on “Projects” tab
- Select specific user which is not able to see CI/CD on their GUI console
- Click on “Edit” button
- Click on “Expand” button of “Permissions” field
- Now, “Enabled” the Pipelines
- Click on “Save” button.
