How to enable WYSIWYG editor for QA team to submit tickets?

Hello,

I’ve noticed that every time you input text into anything in gitlab, it enforces the use of MarkDown instead of making it optional. Is there a way around this, a way to enable a What You See Is What You Get kind of editor?

It’s not really practical to have to teach QA personnel how to use MarkDown, and then to tell them they only need to use it while submitting tickets.

So, everyone is meant to learn markdown before using gitlab?

Obviously this is the best solution.
