I dont get emails from gitlab mail server

Hi guys

I sent few tickets to gitlab this year, didn’t get any response. Gitlab has some malicious repos created by users, stated here - URLhaus | gitlab.com

My mail server blocked gitlab according to the mentioned site data and we stopped getting notification/confirmation emails from gitlab a month ago and this just slows our development process as we do not get notified on various activities happening every hour. My mail server provider noted that gitlab has to remove malicious repositories but they just ignore my tickets.

What my options in this situation?

I believe you can email abuse@gitlab.com directly.
