Is it possible to deploy using kubernetes runners to another cluster?

Hi,
I have two kubernetes clusters integrated with Gitlab.com. On one of the clusters I’ve deployed kubernetes runners which deploy to that cluster without problems but can’t seem to deploy to the other. Is it even possible? Thanks in advance.
