My question is there any environment in GitLab CI to get the total number of jobs in the pipeline?

First off, welcome to the forum @uditgaurav ! 
I did a quick search through our docs and found a section that talks specifically about number of jobs in active pipelines.
Have you seen that page yet? Let us know if it helps answer the question you have.
