Issue with Creating a New Fork After Deletion

Hello,

I am encountering an issue with managing forks on GitLab.

Problem Details:

  1. I created a fork of a project that I own.
  2. I then deleted this fork.
  3. When I try to create a new fork of the same project, the “Fork” button shows “Go to your fork” instead of allowing me to create a new fork. I must change the url to get the right page.

Steps I have taken to try to resolve the issue:

  • I have checked my existing projects to ensure the fork was properly deleted.
  • I have cleared my browser cache and refreshed the page.
  • I have tried logging out and logging back into my GitLab account.

Despite these attempts, I am still unable to create a new fork of the project. It seems GitLab still thinks the fork exists.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
