Kubernetes Integration, Failed to install Helm

Hi, I am trying to use the Kubernetes Integration with my own self-hosted cluster, everything is setup and works. But when I try to install Helm Tiller, it tries and when I check the logs of the install-helm pod, I get this:

+ helm init --tiller-tls --tiller-tls-verify --tls-ca-cert /data/helm/helm/config/ca.pem --tiller-tls-cert /data/helm/helm/config/cert.pem --tiller-tls-key /data/helm/helm/config/key.pem

I have exactly the same problem.
GitLab v12.4.2, kubernetes v1.6.1

I also tried to init Tiller w/out tls, but it made no difference.
Any ideas?

I installed a single-node kubernetes cluster following this guide, then added the kubernetes integration following these instructions.

I’m getting the “Operation failed” error:

The helm tiller can be installed in kubernetes v1.15.*
v1.16.* is not be supported
