I have an open request ( **Request #112882) for a license file that is needed for our self hosted EE GitLab server. How long does it normally take for someone to act on a request like this?

Have you got a response for your renewal file? I am in the same situation.
They said that support is backlogged and would be back in touch as soon as possible. we still do not have the license file.
We have our license now.
