We’ve been using phabricator for years and we have many old issues in there.
We are planning a migration to GitLab but will be great to migrate all data from phabricator to GitLab.
Is it possible? How can I do it?

A phabricator importer doesn’t yet exist, I created an issue to track this https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/26850, feel free to upvote it.
Not sure if/when this is gonna happen.
I implemented such an importer here it reuses big part of the code from the bztogl importer and I opened a merge request meaning that it might get into bztogl (which might deserve some renaming :-))
The importer seems to work pretty well for us though it might have some not totally generic code.
