Move gitlab data to RDS and S3

Hello,

I would like to know if it’s possible to use S3 and RDS from an existing gitlab CE installation on Debian 9.

We have a lot of space issue, inode, docker etc running GitLab on one host. I’ve seen GitLab HA page
