Moved Service Desk Issues does not create reply

I am very excited about the service desk in gitlab and we started to use it already.
We have setup a separate project for all incoming service desk issues. The support team answers them as far as they can. If it is necessary to involve the developpers the issue is moved to another project. gitlab closes the issue in service desk project and opens a new one in target project. If developper comments this newly created issue no mail is sent to user who originally submitted the issue.

How can gitlb be configured to send comments to the user originally submitting the issue.
