I deleted a repository from my GitLab(.)com(Free Plan) account and want to confirm. if there’s any log record showing I deleted it.
Is there any way to retrieve a deletion confirmation or timestamp?

If the repository is deleted, and you cannot see it, then the fact it’s not visible means, it has successfully been deleted. That in itself should be enough to confirm it has been deleted.
If you had a paid subscription, you would be able to open a support ticket, and Gitlab employees would probably be able to confirm who deleted it and when. As for confirming who deleted it, as a free user, then you are unlikely to get that information since you cannot open a support ticket to ask for that information. And nobody here would be able to provide you with that information either.
