No e-mail notificatons

We have not received any e-mail notification from GitLab. for about a week or two. Although, it worked before. Everything seems to be set properly. Is it only a current GitLab issue?

If you are using GitLab.com SaaS, suggest checking the client spam filter, and the receiving mailserver for the domain. Maybe something got blocked.

For GitLab self-managed, check the server logs for errors, and follow the troubleshooting documentation. Additionally, check the client spam filter, and mailserver which sends/receives the email. Which SMPT server is used, and how does the configuration look like?
