Not able to use group token to access a release

Hi team

Is there a restriction when using Group Gitlab Token in order to access release ?

I’m trynig to access a release asset archive/v5.1.0/common-management-layer-v5.1.0.tar.gz

I’ve created a group access token with Owner access rights and all scopes available.
When I try to access the release tar.gz with the group token I’m facing an access right issue.

If I use a User token I’m able to access the tar.gz

Can someone help on this ?
