I don’t know if you guys would be able to help me out with an issue we are having with one of our GitLab servers. It is the Omnibus Edition and it is running mattermost. After a recent upgrade which appeared successful we have an issue with Mattermost not starting. The logs suggest that it is trying to upgrade the database schema version from 3.7.0 to version 3.8.0, but fails with a [CRIT] Failed to create column pq: cancelling statement due to user request error. Does anyone happen to now a way to fix the issue at all.
I can’t easily send the logs through as this is running on an air gapped network with now external access, but I can have a look.
