Problem to solve
i am doing upgrade in gitlab ce from version 18.4.5 to 18.5.3 i am getting above error. however there was no backgroup migration failed before upgrade and all was working fine till 18.4.5. it started wehen doing upgrade to 18.5.3 help me to suggest the fix for the same.
