Hi.
What would be some recommended practices for moving an OSS project from GitHub to GitLab? I’m clear about the technical steps (I actually made a sucessful migration test). My concerns are more on the social side, as the project has a few stargazers and some people is actually using it. The project has no website, or twitter, or anything else than the GitHub repo and a Docker Hub repo. I could just open an issue and mention all stargazers, but that sounds pretty spammy (and I already dit it once 
).
Could anyone share some related experiences?
