I installed a the runner “https://gitlab-runner-downloads.s3.amazonaws.com/latest/binaries/gitlab-runner-linux-amd64”. I was able to install and run it successfully. However, when I try to register it, after pressing enter to skip the “optional maintenance notes” I get the error “ERROR: Registering runner… failed runner=TOKEN status=POST http://GIT_SERVER/api/v4/runners: 500 Internal Server Error
PANIC: Failed to register the runner.”
How would I fix that? Or at least get around that?
