We are using Self-Managed Gitlab without any premium package. Gitlab is hosted on a private cloud. If I want to upgrade my free version to a premium version, I know that they provide us a license file that needs to be uploaded.
- Since our Giltba instances are in a private cloud, how does Giltab track the user information etc.?
- If we continue using Gitlab free version, do they have any system to track our activity and user information etc?
I appreciate it if someone could explain this from a network standpoint.
