Ssh -vT failure

Hello everyone,

We have load balance setup [4 GitLab app servers] for GitLab environment. I have copied my ssh keys to my GitLab profile. When I tried ssh -T test connection to server. Its connecting sometimes and failing sometimes. Random connections failures. I am pasting my ssh-T output here . Please help me out to resolve this issue. I appreciate your time
