Unable to assign issue to multiple assignee

I have GitLab Community Edition 10.2.2 hosted on local ubuntu PC.

I am unable to assign an issue to multiple to assignees.
I’d like to have somthing like this

multiple_assignees_for_issues

is this feature only available in EE?
