Unable to set a path to a previously used one

Hi there,

Imagine that :

  • I had a subgroup voy/cdsbao-voy and another one voy/bao
  • I deleted voy/cdsbao-voy

Now, if I try to rename the path voy/bao to voy/cdsbao-voy, I get the following error :

namespace directory cannot be moved

I use Gitlab 10.8.7
