Unable to sign in to Gitlab, lost access to the email ID

Hi all,
I’m akash and my Gitlab.com username is: akash07k.
I have lost the access to my registered email ID with Gitlab. However, I know my correct password, but Gitlab sends the code to that email ID for signing in.
Please help me, I’m unable to sign in now.
I deleted my previous email ID but forgot to update it in Gitlab account.

    Gitlab sends the code to Now-deleted email ID and therefore I don’t receive the code and can’t sign-in
