Update gitlab 17.8.2 to 17.9.2

Problem to solve

I yesterday upgraded gitlab in docker, and today it hangs when i try to access any project via web

I tried to:
docker exec -t gitlab bash
gitlab-ctl reconfigure
but this command also freezes

What do You need from me to attach to this problem in order to get help?

First, if this is a production environment and you’re a paid user, you should page an emergency if your instance is unavailable.

If you’re a free user, some questions:

  • When you say it hangs, what hangs exactly? Do you ever get an error message?
  • Can you access anything else on the site or is it just the project pages? What about group pages?

Problem solved, simply hard rebooted whole server (docker itself hangs also, no way to restart, no idea why)
