Webhooks for git push is not triggering

Webhooks for git pushes are not triggering.
Here’s the repo: https://gitlab.com/arunoda/nextjs-demo/-/commits/master

I manually, triggered the webhook via the Integrations page. Then it worked.
I couldn’t find anything related on GitLab Status as well.

Is there some issue happening right now?

It seems like we are getting them, but delayed for few minutes.
