YACC, Workzone plugin/feature for gitlab

Does gitlab have features or any plugins similar to YACC and Workzone used in Bitbucket?
YACC - Commit checker using JQL
Workzone - Automate and control your Bitbucket Pull Request Workflow, Reviewers, Approvals and Merge Process.
