I have git lab community edition on my personal server with only me as user of it. Since I upgrade to 18.6.0 it become almost unusable. It load very slow or don’t load often. Until 18.5 it was blazing fast. Is it just me or something is broken. If it is just me, any advise what might be wrong? I am using ubuntu 22.04, with 8 GB RAM computer.
18.6.2 was released a few hours ago, suggest updating and if the problem persists, investigate the logs / performance metrics for errors/spikes.

4GB of ram is not enough for Gitlab. Official docs show 8GB of ram as minimum and it has been that amount for a long time. I did attempt to run on 4GB, but it simply is not enough, and this was long before 18.6 was released. I was probably using Gitlab 16.x when I tried that as an experiment.
