After CE Sign-in, Get 404

After CE sign-in, we get a 404. If we manually move to the home page, we are logged in and pages display as expected.

We’re using gitlab-ce, 7.13.2-ce.0.el6. Our home page redirects to http://gitlab.mydomain.org/user/signin. We authenticate, then a 404 is returned. If we manually go to http://gitlab.mydomain.org/ all is well. How can we get Gitlab to redirect to http://gitlab.mydomain.org/ after a successful login?
