Updated to Gitlab CE Omnibus 13.2 today
Upgrade went fine, but since every comment on an issue creates multiple emails to each participant it is notifying.
I had been using postfix to relay via AWS, and I tracked in the logs that Gilab was sending the emails multiple times.
Switched to our SMTP server, rails console sends one email, but issues are sending multiple.
Cannot figure out where to look or what to do, all help appreciated.
