I have been running some deployment scripts for a current project, which clone a number of repos hosted on GitLab. I have noticed that, compared to the last time I ran the same script, the downstream speed is much lower.
As per screenshot below, it does seem like the speed is capped to 300 KiB/s.
I am currently living in Manila, Philippines and have a pretty good 250 Mbit/s fiber connection, which might (at least for now) rule out a connectivity problem. My client is in London and has no trouble, posting multi-Megabit speed.
Has connectivity with GitLab in the Asia/SEA region been experiencing issues lately? Anybody in the region can relate?
