Are companies allowed to use the free gitlab.com hosted service? There are only 2 in-house developers (and the odd contracted or third-party developer) and wondering if it’s OK for us to use private repo for our projects hosted via gitlab.com?

That’s exactly my same question. Can someone specify, please? After reading and re-reading all the prices pages, it seems that the answer is “yes”, but I really would appreciate an specific confirmation. My case is very similar to that.
Hi, as far as I am aware there is no problem for people to use the free version. If you want additional functionality not in the free plan, then you would need a subscription. But if you don’t need that functionality, and free is enough for you then you can use gitlab.com.
