To use "GitLab(Self-Managed) FreePLAN

Is it possible to use "GitLab FreePLAN " for business? ( production purpose )
Does it cost to use "GitLab FreePLAN " on business ?

Yes you can use Gitlab for free. If you are talking about using Gitlab.com as in Gitlab SaaS, then you will have a max 5 user limit. If you need more than this for free use, install and run your own Gitlab server by installing it on a VM/VPS.
