Cannot change owner?

Hi,

a question regarding ownership:
I have a project foo created by user bar. If I go to https://host/admin/projects/bar/foo, I see bar as owner of the project. But if I click on “Manage Access”, the user turns into “master”, If I want to add an additional user, I cannot add “owner” to the new user, “owner” is simply not there.
Is this a bug or do I miss something fundamental?
How do I add an additional owner, or change the owner?
