Can't start Gitlab-Container on RedHat 8.6 with rootless podman 4.0.2 on x86

Hello,

I’m using RedHat 8.6 with rootless Podman 4.0.2 on x86.
After setting up Gitlab-CE inside a container, I am unable to restart my container. On startup it aborts and the following error code occurs:

Multiple failures occurred:
* Errno::EEXIST occurred in Chef Infra Client run: link[/var/log/gitlab/redis/config] (/opt/gitlab/embedded/cookbooks/cache/cookbooks/runit/libraries/provider_runit_service.rb line 144) had an error: Errno::EEXIST: File exists @ syserr_fail2_in - /var/log/gitlab/redis/config
* Errno::EEXIST occurred in delayed notification: ruby_block[reload_log_service] (/opt/gitlab/embedded/cookbooks/cache/cookbooks/runit/libraries/provider_runit_service.rb line 73) had an error: Errno::EEXIST: link[/var/log/gitlab/redis/config] (/opt/gitlab/embedded/cookbooks/cache/cookbooks/runit/libraries/provider_runit_service.rb line 144) had an error: Errno::EEXIST: File exists @ syserr_fail2_in - /var/log/gitlab/redis/config

Even after deleting the files, changing the permissions, etc the startup aborts .

Only if you start the container in a new “fresh” directory, everything starts normally. If this container is then restarted, the start aborts again.

Is this bug already known by one of you or does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem?
