My question is simple : i completed the " GitLab Certified Associate Self-Study + Exams" over a week ago and haven’t heard back since.
I believe hundreds of people are having the same issue and haven’t found an update from the Gitlab team anywhere.
Could someone update us ?

I have the same problem. I have already tried to write a support ticket several times but always with the message: It is premium support.
