Check-description fails with exit code 1 despite the description been set

Problem to solve

I cannot Publish a new release in the self-hosted CI/CD component project by running a pipeline for a tag (see step 6 from Use a GitLab.com component in a self-managed instance). It does not work for the following components: SAST and Container Scanning. In both cases, the job check-description fails with exit code 1 despite the description been set. See Issue 3

Use a GitLab.com component in a self-managed instance with components SAST and Container Scanning.

The same problem is occuring with Secret Detection, version 1.1.1

Container Scanning component 4.0.3 released to address this issue.
