Conection between local gitlab and local jenkins

Hello everyone

I have installed gitlab and jenkins in local mode, now I make the apitoken in gitlab to put it in the jenkins credential and until there all was ok but when I configure the conection between jenkins and gitlab (in jenkins) told me an error like you can see in the capture image.

the error is: Client error: HTTP 503 Service Unavailable
I have a proxy in the network, have I to configure the proxy in the gitlab? can anybody help me?
