Couldn't find API to download Attachments in Issues or Merge-Requests

I am unable to get any API or construct URL to download the files present in issues, merge-requests or notes.

I have been through this documentation link: REST API resources | GitLab

Please select whether options apply, and add the version information.

Please, let me know if there is a way to download these attachments programmatically.
