I learned from this thread that GitLab.com does not provide audit events for “git clone/pull/fetch” for the moment.

But we are currently running into a legal issue where the court needs to know whether a former employee has cloned/fetched the private proprietary code or not after his contract has ended. Since GitLab.com is a US entity (and we are not) so the only thing we can do is to ask nicely if there is a way to get the “git fetch” logs or equivalent evidence. It’s okay if we need to pay for the manual support.
