I migrated Gitlab CE from 13.11.4 to 13.12.8.
Also, I updated Postgres to version 12.
Since then, I have an error message in the logs.
Failed to create partition(s) for web_hook_logs: ActiveRecord::StatementInvalid: PG::InvalidObjectDefinition: ERROR: “web_hook_logs” is not partitioned
Help !!
