Facing issue on restore Gitlab Data backup 9.2.2 to 11.2.3 CE

Hi,

We are Maintained Gitlab 9.2.2 in the Centos 6.5. We have installed Gitlab 11.2.3 CE on Centos 7.5.1804. We need to Move Whole Data to Gitlab 11.2.3 CE.

Trying to restore that Backup Facing below issue,

gitlab-rake gitlab:backup:restore BACKUP=XXXXX_2018_09_02_9.2.2

Unpacking backup … done
GitLab version mismatch:
Your current GitLab version (11.2.3) differs from the GitLab version in the backup!
Please switch to the following version and try again:
version: 9.2.2

Anyone have an Idea about this. Is this possible to move or not?
